Nova and O2 have joined forces and approached us to help create a new service that will merge the popular Voyo streaming platform with O2 TV, offering nearly a million viewers in the Czech Republic the best VOD content in one place. Welcome Oneplay.

How do you combine two separate services into one and offer users an even better experience? Our task was to come up with a solution that would satisfy the viewers of the largest digital television in the country and a popular streaming platform. The new app had to include all the essential features and consider the needs of users who had been using separate services. Preparing for the gradual migration of hundreds of thousands of existing subscribers was also necessary.

After developing the VOD app for CME, we knew what was critical to the success of the new service. So, we worked closely with several vendors to create an entirely new app where users will find the features and content they're used to and then some. We also ensured a seamless migration of existing user accounts for a seamless transition of customers to the new service. Plus, using the latest technologies like KMP makes the new app faster and smoother.
