Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is the classic software development cycle — analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance. Every one of its phases rests on the assumption that a human writes the code, and they are all sized around human capacity and speed.
With the arrival of autonomous AI agents that assumption no longer holds and SDLC shifts towards the Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC). We explain the difference in our practical ADLC adoption plan.
